Deposit Policy

We have two different rate types, refundable and non-refundable rates, each with their own respective deposit & cancellation policies.

Refundable: A 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
Non-refundable: A 100% deposit is required at time of booking.

Room Rates

All rates are per room, per night, double occupancy, and are subject to Maine rooms tax (currently 9%). Most rooms cannot accommodate more than two (2) guests. Where triple or quad occupancy is possible, the charge for each extra adult (16+) is $50 per night plus tax; the charge for each extra child (ages 4-15) is $25 per night plus tax; and each extra child age 3 or younger are free of charge. All extra persons, regardless of age, must be arranged in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Refundable: Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, a full refund of the 50% deposit less $25 will be issued only if the Inn is notified of your cancellation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date. If you cancel, alter or reduce your stay 14 days or fewer prior to your arrival date, we will retain the full amount of your deposit. No refunds for early departures.
Non-Refundable: Non-refundable rates cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason.

Pet Policy

Sorry, we are unable to allow pets. Registered service animals are permitted. If you're traveling with a service animal, please let us know when you make your reservation, so we can best accommodate you and your service animal.

Arrivals

Check in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be provided based on same day availability. Please inform our Guest Services team in advance if you require a late arrival after 11:00 PM.

Departures

Check out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be provided based on same day availability.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served to guests of the Inn, when you book directly with us, you will receive a $22 voucher per guest, per night.
