We employ a great group of seasonal and year round team members at Higgins Beach Inn and Shade. Seasonal employees typically work from sometime in May through the end of October. We employ over 50 employees each season including locals, college students, and snowbirds from Maine to California and everywhere in between, and international employees from around the world. We want our employees to enjoy their time spent with us and enjoy summer by the beach... if you're creative, dependable, and like working with people, then we want to hear from you!
